How to install IBO Player Pro on a Windows PC
Install IBO Player Pro from the Microsoft Store or the official download, open the Account screen, and send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp.
A computer is rarely anyone's main IPTV screen, but IBO Player Pro does have an official Windows version and it works well as a second screen.
What you'll do: install IBO Player Pro from the Microsoft Store (or the official download) → open the Account screen → send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp → restart.
Step 1 — Install IBO Player Pro
Use one of these — only these:
- Microsoft Store: open the Store, search for IBO Player Pro, and select Get.
- Official download: the Windows download link is published on the official IBO Player Pro site (iboproapp.com). Save and run the installer.
Don't install "IBO Player for Windows" .exe files from unknown websites — use the Microsoft Store or the official iboproapp.com download only.
Step 2 — Open the Account screen and find your two codes
Open the app and go to Account. Note:
- MAC Address — like
AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF - Device Key — a short code on the same screen
Take a screenshot — don't enter anything yet.
Step 3 — Send the details to IPTVSMART support
Step 4 — Restart and choose your playlist
- Fully close the app and reopen it.
- Choose Continue, then Change Playlists if prompted, and select your playlist.
- Your channels load. Our team adds your authorized playlist to your device and handles activation while you're on WhatsApp — usually within a few minutes during support hours.
