How to install IBO Player Pro on a Samsung Smart TV
Install IBO Player Pro from the Samsung app store, open the Account screen, and send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp. If the app isn't listed for your model, we'll set you up another way.
Samsung TVs run Tizen and only allow apps from Samsung's own store. IBO Player Pro is there on many models — but not all.
What you'll do: find IBO Player Pro in the Samsung app store → open the Account screen → send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp → restart. No sideloading, no codes to type.
Step 1 — Open the Samsung app store
- Press the Home button on your Samsung remote.
- Move to Apps (or Smart Hub → Apps).
- Select the search icon (magnifying glass), top right.
Step 2 — Search for IBO Player Pro
- Type IBO Player Pro (also try IBO Player or IboPro Player).
- If it appears in the results, select it, then choose Install.
- Wait for the download, then select Open.
Not showing up? App availability on Samsung depends on your TV's model year, region and Tizen version. Don't keep searching — skip to "If IBO Player Pro isn't available" below and message us.
Step 3 — Open the Account screen and find your two codes
Launch the app and open Account. Find:
- MAC Address — looks like
AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF - Device Key — a short code on the same screen
Copy both exactly as the app shows them — no spaces, no changed characters. Don't use the MAC address from Settings → About this TV; use the one IBO Player Pro displays. Keep the Device Key private.
Step 4 — Send your MAC Address & Device Key
Step 5 — Restart and choose your playlist
- Fully close the app — return to the home screen and close it from the recent-apps view, or power-cycle the TV.
- Reopen IBO Player Pro.
- Choose Continue, then Change Playlists if prompted, and select your playlist.
- Your channels load. Our team adds your authorized playlist to your device and handles activation while you're on WhatsApp — usually within a few minutes during support hours.
- Nothing after a minute or two? Check your internet and message us again.
If IBO Player Pro isn't available for your Samsung TV
Common on older or region-restricted models. The quickest fixes:
- A Fire TV Stick 4K (~$50) in a spare HDMI port — follow the Firestick guide. Same Account-screen flow, works on any TV.
- A small Android TV box — follow the Android TV guide.
Message us your exact TV model (on the box or in Settings → About) and we'll tell you the best option.

Is IBO Player Pro free on Samsung TV?
The app has a one-time activation inside it, which is covered by your IPTVSMART subscription. Send us your MAC Address and Device Key and we take care of it.
The app installed but won't play anything.
Update the TV software (Settings, Support, Software Update), fully power-cycle the TV (unplug for 30 seconds), then reopen the app and choose Continue then your playlist. If it's still empty, send us a screenshot of the Account screen on WhatsApp.
