How to install IBO Player Pro on an Android phone or tablet
Get IBO Player Pro from the Google Play Store, open the Account screen, and send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp. We add your authorized playlist and handle activation.
This guide is for Android phones and tablets. If you're setting up a TV, use the Android TV / TV Box guide instead — the menus are different.
Only install IBO Player Pro from the Google Play Store (or the official link https://iboproapp.com/ibopro.apk). Do not download "IBO Player APK" files from random websites — they can be fake or unsafe.
Step 1 — Open the Google Play Store
Open the Play Store app. Make sure you're signed in to your Google account.
Step 2 — Install IBO Player Pro
- Search for IBO Player Pro.
- Choose the app (it may also appear as IboPro Player). Check the developer name looks consistent and the reviews are real.
- Select Install, then Open.
Step 3 — Open the Account screen and find your two codes
Launch the app and open Account. It shows:
- MAC Address — like
AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF - Device Key — a short code on the same screen
Take a screenshot of this screen — it has everything support needs. Don't enter anything yet.
Step 4 — Send the details to IPTVSMART support
Step 5 — Restart and choose your playlist
- Fully close IBO Player Pro — open the recent-apps view and swipe it away.
- Reopen the app.
- Choose Continue, then Change Playlists if prompted, and select your playlist.
- Your channels load. Our team adds your authorized playlist to your device and handles activation while you're on WhatsApp — usually within a few minutes during support hours.
