How to install IBO Player Pro on an LG Smart TV
Install IBO Player Pro from the LG Content Store, open the Account screen, and send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp. If it isn't listed for your webOS version, we'll set you up another way.
LG TVs run webOS and install apps from the LG Content Store. IBO Player Pro is available there on many models, generally 2016 and newer — availability depends on your webOS version and region.
What you'll do: find IBO Player Pro in the LG Content Store → open the Account screen → send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp → restart.
Step 1 — Open the LG Content Store
- Press the Home button on the LG Magic Remote.
- Scroll to and open the LG Content Store.
- Choose the Search field (top right).
Step 2 — Search for IBO Player Pro
- Type IBO Player Pro (also try IBO Player or IboPro Player).
- If it appears, select it and choose Install.
- When it finishes, select Launch.
No result, or "not supported on this TV"? Your webOS version is likely too old. Skip to "If IBO Player Pro isn't available" below.
Step 3 — Open the Account screen and find your two codes
Launch the app and open Account. Find:
- MAC Address —
AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF - Device Key — a short code beside or below it
Copy both exactly as the app shows them. Don't use the MAC from Settings → Network; use the one IBO Player Pro displays. Keep the Device Key private.
Step 4 — Send your MAC Address & Device Key
Step 5 — Restart and choose your playlist
- Close the app fully (return Home; close it from the recent-apps row, or power-cycle the TV).
- Reopen IBO Player Pro.
- Choose Continue, then Change Playlists if prompted, and select your playlist.
- Your channels load. Our team adds your authorized playlist to your device and handles activation while you're on WhatsApp — usually within a few minutes during support hours.
- Still empty after a minute or two? Check your internet and message us.
If IBO Player Pro isn't available for your LG TV

- Fire TV Stick 4K in a spare HDMI port — Firestick guide.
- Android TV box — Android TV guide.
Send us your model number (Settings → General → About This TV) and we'll pick the best route.
