How to install IBO Player Pro and set up IPTV on your device
IBO Player Pro is our recommended player for the easiest IPTV setup. Pick your device, install the app, send us two codes on WhatsApp, and we add your authorized playlist and handle activation.
IBO Player Pro is the app we recommend to every IPTVSMART customer. Instead of choosing between a dozen IPTV players, you install one and our team does the configuration for you. It runs on Fire TV, Samsung, LG, Android and Android TV, and the activation is covered by your subscription.
IBO Player Pro is a media player. Its makers state it "do not sell or offer any content or streaming … channels, movies, series." It plays the authorized playlist our support team adds for you — nothing else to configure on your side.

Install IBO Player Pro
Get the app onto your device using the guide for your device below.

Open it & go to Account
Open IBO Player Pro. The Account screen shows your MAC Address and Device Key.

Send us those two codes
Message the MAC Address and Device Key to IPTVSMART on WhatsApp. We add your authorized playlist and handle activation.

Restart & watch
Close and reopen the app, choose Continue then your playlist, and start watching.

The Account screen: MAC Address & Device Key
After you install IBO Player Pro, open it and go to Account (on some devices this screen appears on first launch). It shows two identifiers our team needs:
- MAC Address — a code in the form
AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF. Copy it exactly as the app shows it: no spaces, no changed characters. This is the MAC the app reports — not one from your TV's network settings. - Device Key — a short code on the same screen. Copy it exactly. Keep it private — send it to us only on WhatsApp, never post it publicly.
How activation works
- Install IBO Player Pro and open it. Go to Account and read the MAC Address and Device Key.
- Send both to IPTVSMART support on WhatsApp — a screenshot of the Account screen is perfect.
- We sign in at iboproapp.com with your MAC Address and Device Key, add your authorized playlist (your IPTVSMART login), and complete the one-time activation. Our team adds your authorized playlist to your device and handles activation while you're on WhatsApp — usually within a few minutes during support hours.
- Fully close IBO Player Pro and reopen it.
- Choose Continue, then Change Playlists if prompted, and select your playlist. Your channels load.
We never ask for passwords or personal financial information to set this up. The MAC Address and Device Key are all we need.
Prefer to do it yourself?
You can, on a phone or computer: go to iboproapp.com → Manage Playlists, log in with the MAC Address and Device Key from the app, choose Add XC Playlist, and enter the server / host, username and password we send you after you subscribe. Then activate, and restart the app. Most customers find it faster to just send us the two codes.
Other players
IBO Player Pro covers almost everyone. A different player is only needed for compatibility in a few cases — a Formuler box uses its built-in MYTVOnline app, and some setups use TiviMate or VLC. See our player comparison; support will point you to the right one.

What is IBO Player Pro?
IBO Player Pro (sometimes shown as IboPro Player) is a media-player app. Its own site states it does not sell or offer any channels, movies or series — it plays a playlist you provide. Our support team adds your authorized IPTVSMART playlist to your device for you.
Is IBO Player Pro free?
The app has a one-time activation inside it. That activation is covered by your IPTVSMART subscription — send us your MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp and we take care of it with you.
Where do I find the MAC Address and Device Key?
Open IBO Player Pro and go to the Account screen (on some devices it shows on first launch). It displays a MAC Address in the form AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF and a Device Key. Copy both exactly as shown.
How does activation work?
You send us the MAC Address and Device Key on WhatsApp. We log in at iboproapp.com with those, add your authorized playlist and activate the device. You then restart the app and choose Continue, then your playlist.
The app isn't in my TV's app store — what now?
App availability varies by TV model, region and operating system. Message us your exact TV model on WhatsApp and we'll recommend a compatible setup — often a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box.
My playlist doesn't appear after activation.
Fully close IBO Player Pro and reopen it, then choose Continue and Change Playlists and select your playlist. If it's still empty, check your internet and send us a screenshot of the Account screen on WhatsApp.
