What IPTVSMART is for

IPTVSMART is for lawful, personal, private viewing within a single household. That's it. Used that way it replaces a cable or satellite subscription on the devices you own.

You agree not to

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service, your credentials, or any stream, in whole or in part.
• Share your login outside your household, or run it on devices in commercial premises (bars, hotels, offices, gyms) without a separate written agreement.
• Use the service to infringe copyright or other rights, or in any way that breaks the laws that apply to you.
• Circumvent technical or territorial restrictions in a way that breaches a third party's rights or terms.
• Record, re-stream, or publicly perform content except where the law expressly allows it.
• Attempt to probe, scan, overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer our systems, or gain unauthorised access to any account or server.
• Use the service for fraud, harassment, or distributing malware.

Fair-use and connections

Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous connections. Using automated tools, connection multiplexing or unusual patterns of access to exceed your plan is a breach of this policy.

Enforcement

If we believe an account breaches this policy we may, depending on severity: contact you, throttle or limit the account, suspend it, or terminate it. Serious breaches (resale, redistribution, attacks on our systems) result in immediate termination without refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

To report misuse of the service or a security issue, email support@iptvsmart.ca. Copyright owners should use our DMCA / copyright policy.
